As I said above I belong to Pakistan and my observation and suggestions is that the most popular and favorite foods are our traditional Biryani and Karahies my friend @kunwal already posted on Biryani so I decided to go on second traditional and very tamping Chicken karahi experience with you guys.The unique meat flavor and spices made it very mouth watering and every one liked to eat in birthday parties, wedding ceremony,get together and even in normal daily menu at home .The karahies available in different recipes like White karahi,smoky karahi,churcy krahi,Afghani karahi ,green masal karahi ,Lubnani karahi , chicken pickle krahi andy own invented fusion karahi , Specially the men's of the family crazy about this dish and when ever went on restaurant ordered karahi ,in my in -lows they all depends me to add chicken karahi in dinner parties I am made it perfectly and Evey one like it .

I am a good cook made all type of karahies by my self for my family My husband like chicken karahi so once a week I made it due to Yammy flavour of chicken and spices

Major Ingridents of karahi

In karahi we add many Ingrident but the major items are given below

• Chicken/beef/mutton
• Tomatoes
• Ginger/Garlic paste
• Oil/Ghee
• Green chill
• Red crushed chill
• Salt
• Powder spices like red chilli powder Turmeric

These are the main ingredients for karahi I like beef karahi but make sure add meat with bone who will increase the tasty of karahi more .
