Hello to everyone in this wonderful community known as the Steem4Nigeria I welcome you all to a great week and also to a new contest that has been scheduled by the community contest team. I will be dropping my entry to this contest regarding the above topic given by the contest community team which has been tagged prepare any recipe that is peculiar to your country. well, for this contest I will be sharing with us all the major steps in making the stir-fried spaghetti and also providing answers to some questions. so I urge you to sit tight and enjoy.

WHAT IS THE SPECIAL SPECIAL RECIPE PECULIAR TO YOUR COUNTRY? IT COULD BE SPECIAL DRINKS, DESSERTS, OR ANY OTHER DELICACY.

Well in my country we have several recipes and one among those is the Stir-fried spaghetti. the sir fried spaghetti is widely prepared by most Nigerians as though I am a Nigerian. and as simple as this recipe is, with a little amount one can easily make the stir-fried spaghetti without stress and this is the main reason why most Nigerians love the stir-fried spaghetti recipe and that is why most food joints, eateries, and restaurants always offer the stir-fried spaghetti as one of their major recipe's.

Stir-fried spaghetti is one of my favorite recipes I learned how to make the stir-fried spaghetti from my sister and it doesn't sound right to have a favorite recipe without knowing how to prepare it, so for that reason, I picked an interest to learn how to make the stir-fried spaghetti as though it is one of my family main dishes.

I equally made the stir friend spaghetti on my birthday which was last month, this contest should have come earlier, I could have shown you all how my friends were all in good spirit as they all loved it when I prepared and served them with it. in my house, the stir-fried spaghetti often substitutes for the normal Nigerian mindset of the Sunday dish that most people prefer so badly. so what my mum does is, we make rice this Sunday and the next Sunday, I get to make the stir-fried spaghetti and that has been our menu routine on Sundays.

The stir-fried spaghetti can be taken with any assorted drink, but then I prefer the local Nigerian drink which is known as the Dawa Juice. It is made from the sorghum plant also known as Guinea corn. so the juice is then made from the sorghum plant, although there are certain processes on which I will make a publication. so my family and I often take the stir-fried spaghetti alongside the Dawa juice and man, that's kind of heaven on earth as the meal fills your belly alongside the drink which provides nourishment to your body as well. whenever we got done taking this dish, we all fall asleep a few minutes later as though the Dawa juice helps us to sleep peacefully.

IS THERE ANY HISTORY ATTACHED TO IT? EXPLAIN.

Well, there is no reason attached to the stir-fried spaghetti. it is just a normal dish that is been prepared by all. although there are various methods in preparing spaghetti the stir-fried is majorly just a particular step. so there is no history attached to the stir-fried spaghetti preparation.

Although the media have it that the spaghetti itself, was gotten from Italy and then it was called pasta. so that is just all I can say for now regarding the history of spaghetti. but the means of preparing it was a result of modernization and everyone is just bringing various ways of making the spaghetti delicacy. so aside from the above explanation, there is nothing more I have to add to further provide answers to this said question.

DO YOU THINK YOU CAN DO WITHOUT TAKING THEM FOR SOME TIME?

I always thought I was addicted to Hollandia yogurt until it became #1500. so I can so do without taking the stir-fried spaghetti under other circumstances. there are a lot of recipes to try, I came about knowing the stir-fried spaghetti just this year, so as you can see, I was doing fine without the stir-fried spaghetti all those years before knowing it. so I can do so well without taking the dish for some time. it is never a big deal.

Although everyone has his/her view on this we can not deny the fact that we all possess individual differences. some people might be so addicted to a particular dish to the extent that if they do not have that dish for some time, they will not be fine just like my sister. if she doesn't take egg sauce for some while, she falls ill. but I am cool even without taking my favorite recipe for a while.

HOW IS IT PREPARED SHOW US THE STEPS REQUIRED FOR ITS PREPARATION OR YOU CAN BUY FROM A RESTAURANT AND PROMOTE THE BUSINESS.

No one is buying anything from a restaurant, I can vividly prepare the stir-fried spaghetti with ease and with no stress at all. in the house, I have suddenly taken over the kitchen when it comes to the making of the stir fried spaghetti. so I tell you all to lay low and ready your books as upcoming chefs in other to jot things down as I unravel the basic steps used in preparing this wonderful recipe of mine.

The stir-fried spaghetti preparation is in steps and I will be highlighting the necessary steps that are employed in making the wonderful recipe, so here they are.

Step 1 - Get your pot on the fire and then pour water in the pot, depending on the amount of spaghetti you want to cook. so you should make sure of an adequate quantity in other to parboil the spaghetti. after you must have boiled the water, then insert your spaghetti into the pot. the reason for boiling the water first is so that the spaghetti does not get glued or sticky to each other. with you boiling the water first before inserting the spaghetti, it will be free and less sticky.

Step 2 - After parboiling your spaghetti, bring it down and wash the starch out from it. make sure it is properly washed and remove the spaghetti from the water and transfer it to another container.

Step 3 - Then get your clean pot ready on the fire and then pour your groundnut oil in the put, allow it to get hot then add certain ingredients like your onion, pepper, and tomatoes in it.

Step 4 - Make sure your ingredients are ready, here I made use of pepper, tomatoes, onion, Maggi, salt, curry, thyme, green beans, onga, curry masala, and lastly carrot. so these were the ingredients I used. so I made sure I fried them properly.

Step 5 - After that is done, and haven making sure that all the ingredients are well fried and okay, you then include the little water and then pour your spaghetti in it, and at this point, your carrot comes in. make sure you stir it properly.

And after that step, you allow it to steam a little and as well allow the water beneath the spaghetti to dry up. when you have noticed the above processes are well taken care of and also no more water underneath the spaghetti. then you bring the pot of spaghetti down from the gas cooker.
