Thank you @okere-blessing for bringing up this topic. It has been a very deleted topic for a long time.

Finding a person's calling is that moment when a person feels he has discovered the reason why he was born, or that epiphany that comes with a sudden Realization of their real purpose in life.
It is that spiritual moment where skills, talent, knowledge and opportunity clicks in place.

How well can someone discover his/her calling?
Do you think some people have multiple calling in life than others ?

I personally believe this word will be correctly defined if we said it is the discovery of our hidden or unexplored talent and ability.
To discover this calling, you will have to try your hands on many things and when all your soft skills, experience and talent converge in one place and becomes relevant, that to me is your calling.
Our skills and experience can make us good at more than one thing, yes Person can have multiple callings. I personally love music, I am good at it and I also know how to manage customers well.

I have seen actors that are also into comedy and music. Some can sing and can also dance. Some people are the perfect mother and wife.

Have you discovered your calling?
Steemit have helped me see that I can write to some extent. Before steemit, I knew I was good at singing and at running my small business.
When I am doing my garri supply business, I need my communication skills, patience and the understanding of people's behavior.
When I am developing my writing skills on steemit, I put myself in the shoe of the reader and try to keep them reading.
Now you are thinking if it's true and may probably browse around my blog after this.

Do you think people are more successful when they discover their calling?

Ooh! Yes!!, Yes they are more successful when they find a place where all their life's experience, style, knowledge, skill and love come together in a service or the manufacturer of a good. The calling when found adds a special touch to what the person is doing. That is why a man will do the same job and is poor and another man doing the same job is making it big.

What are your fears about your calling?
I really don't know if there is something our there I could have done that will serve me better but I have not discovered it yet. That will be a big waste.

Conclusion
Some looked at calling from a religious point of view, I see calling as a convergence of all the small abilities we have accumulated over time. It makes us better when we find the one place we can function better.
