Very encouraging as everyone needs to be shown love and feel cared for.. But then, how could that be possible without having a big heart?
It's not enough to know how to talk; you must know how to listen, too.
This is one trait everyone need to have. Make out time to listen to those around you, share there thoughts and not be a dictator.
