Growth is never instantaneous. It can never be.

If it were to be instantaneous, it wouldn't be called Growth. Growth in every aspect of life retains so certain process thus applicable to life and even steemit.
And like you have rightfully said, the processes includes

• Paying the Price which involves putting in the required work.
• Being Focus, as you need to be motivated of the direction you are headed without hesitations.
• Commitment, more like being focus, you need put all you have into your goals and growthand not be disheartened.
