Both accounts has been seen to share the same memo and the memo has a transfer history of +3k STEEM. The user @babajunior had powered down after the academy break early this year and is back again to continue writing. It is assumed that this is a secondary account of @avagah.
Also, the user @babajunior edited his achievement 1 task a few days ago and has removed the verification picture.
Why will this user carry out such act?

This user is active in the Steem Ghana community and I urge the respected representatives to further investigate the account.
My attention was drawn to the content post in the Steem4nigeria community. Steem4nigeria won't condone fake/farming accounts in our community.

I’m very disappointed with such a reply. You can clearly see from my account that 90% of my post is with crypto academy. Why would I be consistently posting in a new account while I could have posted same content in my personal account.
Well, @babajunior is someone I introduced to steemit not long ago and he doesn’t know how to withdraw money from the platform that’s why I been helping him with withdrawals.
Because of club5050 that’s why i don’t make him send to steem wallet.
So I think this whole issue isn’t necessary.
