What I would do better if I can travel back in time.

As we grow a lot of thoughts keep coming, sometimes it would be regrets of some things we didn't do well back then. If I would travel back in time I have uncountable things I would want to put in place.

What are the things you think you should have done better.

If I knew I would have learned some skills after school before getting married. In our country today people with skills are making waves ,they have upper hands in everything, having only certificates are no longer enough, it's even worse if there's no job after everything. If I could traveled back to time now I would learn sewing or baking to add to my certificate.

I can remember when my husband had the opportunity to send me and my son outside the country, I declined it because marriage was till new and I taught I can't leave my husband to stay alone back home, in fact I always wish I could get back to that time I was given that opportunity.

How long did it take you to realize you missed that privilege or opportunity to do something better and how did you feel.

The present State of the world has made me realize that I missed that privilege . No employment after school people are left searching for work, they may eventually change to something not related to what they studied in school .

To me it took me 10 years to realize that I made I mistake,I have been trying my best to learn something but responsibilities and time would let me focus.

I'm feeling empty, I'm feeling like I have nothing to boost for, but thankGod for steemit where I'm gradually learning some things.

Experience is the best teacher they said ,but listening to experienced people is good, I want to advice someone reading this post now to always seek advice , think and rethink before doing things. There's are mistakes that can't be changed no matter how .

If you are in school now concentrate only on getting the certificate do well to use any break , or opportunity to learn a skill it will help you after school. There's dignity in been successful than depending on anyone for paying bills.

Conclusion. Time is too precious, catching up with missed time are not always possible, hence we should make hay while the sun shines.
