First Quarter of 2024
Not having a plan is a sure way to failure. It's funny because without a plan you will not even know that you have failed. Which means there is always a plan just that it may not have been well spelt out.
With a well spelt out plan, goals can be visualized and clarified, which in turn makes them feel more attainable. Like money without a budget, time without a plan will be wasted. It's only when we plan that we can break down our goals into smaller objectives, which are more manageable steps. And a good plan will help anticipate potential obstacles and challenges, and make a room for counter measures to overcome them. I get more focused, productive, and successful when I have a plan.
2023 so far has been a good year |

For one, the year 2023 has kept me alive till this time and it's still being promising. It has been one of the years I made the most accomplishment though is seem to be one of the fastest year.
I had the most confident days this year and such confidence have propelled me, resulting in a lot of successful endeavours. Like venturing deep into the world of architecture, construction and site management which proved fruitful.

I have a number of ambitious plans layed out for 2024 and in the first quarter between January and March I will achieve my first dolphin status on Steemit and would probably develop a knitch and explore it's potentials.
It's also my wish to establish and run a one stop grocery store near my home. After noticing what is not available in my area, I plan to include vegetables and spices, snacks and beverages.
Hopefully I would be making finishing touches on the construction project I am currently managing for a client. Hoping the structure shall serve as a testement to my efficiency.

To successful stock the grocery store to my taste, a lot of funds will be needed and while that is not the only venture I plan to engage with. I am currently processing a loan to repaid in five years with a 12 months Grace period. The loan was facilitated by MTN through the Bank of Industry.
If it all comes true |

I can imagine How I will feel if I am able to accomplish this projects by the end of the first quarter of 2024. While I will be happy and fulfilled, I will still have more plans to activate and other goals to aim at. Success will only embolden me to go for more.

Planning ahead takes us closer to success. Saying out our plans is only possible when it has been conceived and once an opportunity meets such a prepared environment, it often results in success.

The right way to know your success and failure is to have a plan just as you said
With plan, ones focuses. Like your 1st quarter of the year to be a dolphin, through what I see in the screenshot of your SP, you can achieve dolphin before the time reached if you focus and having a grocery store as another plan is a good one as this will bring a daily income to you no matter how small. I wish your plans comes true and I wish you success.
