SEC15 WK3: "Growing up in a Rural or Urban Area"
I am @hudamalik20 from Pakistan. How are you all ?. I Hope you all are well and doing great in your life .Today I am participating in this contest SEC15 WK3: "Growing up in a Rural or Urban Area" in Steem4nigeria Community .So let's start.
If we mention the comparison between the two, it is a topic on which the conversation can never end. Everything has its own advantages and disadvantages. Urban and rural areas also have their own advantages and disadvantages that the people living there have to contend with.
Differentiate between urban and rural areas stating three major features
Education :
In urban areas, children are given very standard and modern education, in these places people are also very conscious of acquiring knowledge.Due to the high population here, more and more educational institutes are established and the course of education taught in these institutions is also very modern.
In rural areas, there is a huge shortage of educational institutions and one has to go to remote areas to get education and the awareness of acquiring knowledge in these areas is also very low. The education provided in these areas is not of a very high standard and children cannot attain a very high level of education.
Health facilities :
In urban areas,Hospitals and clinics for various diseases are established in urban areas using modern technology, due to which the health facilities are much easier for the people living there. Due to pollution, the atmosphere in urban areas in cities becomes very polluted, which can make it difficult for humans to breathe.
In rural areas, for health facilities hospitals are built in remote areas due to which the provision of health facilities is somewhat difficult. Due to the lack of traffic and pollution, the environment there is absolutely clean and pollution-free.
Basic amenities :
In urban areas it is possible to have basic needs and amenities but all these items are made in factories etc. which can be harmful to health to some extent. Other necessities of life may also be readily available in urban areas.
In rural areas, all the necessary materials are obtained naturally, and all the food used there is also completely natural, which is very beneficial for health. Modern technology facilities are not available in these areas.
Which area did you grow up and why?
I have been grown up in urban areas since my birth. We are originally from rural area but as my father is a government officer he was transferred here in Sargodha.
That's why we got here, then we took a house in a town here in the city . From the beginning we have lived in the urban area but some time ago we all shifted to a town outside the city due to the better clean and pure water facility. After that, our siblings were sent to school here and we got our education from here, in which the education given was very high and standard.
If you were told to go to the area you didn't grow up from, will you?
Yes , As I grew up in urban areas, I really wish that I could spend my life in rural areas as well. Because often we go to our villages during winter and summer holidays and I like that life very much.
Everything related to health and food is there in nature, all the facilities offered there are very beneficial, providing good nutrition and strength to health. The air in rural areas is very fragrant and peaceful due to which there is no risk of catching any respiratory diseases. In rural areas all people live together in brotherhood and share in each other's sorrows and joys.The sight of the sun rising in the morning, the waving of the crops and the gentle breeze can refresh my mood.
What things are there in the area you grew up from that aren't in the other?
As I grew up in an urban area since my childhood, there are many things here that are not there in rural areas. The biggest thing that rural areas lack is lack of education and access to modern technology.
To fulfill the needs of the people and provide their facilities, high quality and maximum educational institutions, hospitals, markets, etc. are built here, which is not the case in rural areas. Due to traffic flow in urban areas, every bridge is on a walk. In urban areas, the best facilities of public transportation are also provided to the general public. Due to the facilities offered in urban areas, people from rural areas mostly turn to these areas for employment and job.

In rural Life their is more simplicity and easiness, while city life is more complex and full of tension and depression. You have drawn a beautiful line between rural and urban life. I prefer rural Life because I am great admirer of nature.

People move to Urban area because of the opportunities in such area. Better healthcare, school, accommodation and other things are seen in urban area than rural area. Success to you.

Saludos amiga, sin dudas la vida rural es muy bonita pero tiene desventajas en servicios y condiciones educativas y hospitalarias. Es decir, no existen las comodidades que la ciudad puede brindar, sin embargo, en la vida rural hay mayor paz y contacto con la naturaleza.
Me gustó mucho su publicación y me alegro de que a pesar de vivir en la zona urbana le gusté el estilo de vida de la rural.
