Happy blessed weekend, dear Steemians and those making this platform an avenue for creativity and discovery. I am @freshgrace; let's journey through my diary game for Saturday.

The Ibom Ignite Conference 2025 that started yesterday concluded today, with lots of motivation for those who are ready to unlock their opportunities with resilience to ignite and accelerate. This event was cooked with people that have stood the test of time, whose stories inspired the participants to put their dreams, vision, and mission into motion. It was interesting and rewarding in every sense.

MORNING RUSH

I woke up and said a short prayer because it was late already. I had to shave my beard and take my bath and left the house at about 8:41am. The day was tipped to begin at exactly 10am. I reached there before time. Once it was the time to commence, attendance was taken, and everyone got seated. Day two started with a powerful message, “ACCELERATE—FUEL FOR GROWTH”, followed by a fireside chat titled “Resilience is a superpower: Harnessing setbacks as rocket fuel.” O’rtega Ogra (Special Assistant on Digital/ New Media to the Presidency) was the guest between 10:30 and 11:30am. He told his stories, landing on how resilience got him to where he is. We were ignited to accelerate by his words.

AFTERNOON RUSH

From 11:30am to 12:30pm, we had an experimental session with Idorenyin Enang, CEO, Corporate Shepherd Ltd., who took the stage to discuss the Power of Partnerships: Unlocking Opportunities Beyond Borders. For him, “borders are bridges, not barriers.” He described the border as the state of mind. What your mind can cross becomes a new opportunity. He inspired the participants to measure their impact because everything has a dashboard. After the session, lunch and networking were announced from the hours of 12:30pm to 1:30pm. We used the time to stretch and make friends and had lunch, and the meeting continued with a panel discussion lasting until 3:15pm, having three (3) panellists who discussed “The Role of Critical Thinking in Igniting Business Growth”. Two things stood out for me during this session: 1. “Your business is not small; it is you that is thinking small,” and 2. “Before you open the shop, find customers.” This is to say, one should start from somewhere, building the business to earn clients' or customers' trust. Immediately after the panel discussion were the closing formalities; we concluded the conference ignited and accelerated.

EVENING

I left the Ibom-LED Centre after interacting and exchanging contacts with new friends at about 4:31pm, then went to church to be part of our next level revival, with the theme “Unusual Lifting” drawn from Psalms 40:2 and John 12:32. The preacher revived us with a sound message to fire us to rise, as God is the lifter of men and women. He said that when we are lifted, we will be able to lift others. He closed with powerful prayer points, setting our hearts and minds to enjoy the month of October with the lifting hands of God upon us. To you reading this post, you are lifted above limitations in Jesus Christ's name. AMEN21X

SUMMARY OF THE DAY

It was an exciting day, from morning through the evening. I prepared myself for the day, bathed, and then went for the Ignite Conference 2025 and sat for hours in order to update myself and be motivated by others. At 5:30pm, I went to church, and I was blessed, i came back home about 8:37pm; had my dinner and then called it a day.

  8. Everyone you meet today is a potential for tomorrow.
I trust God that my lessons today will ignite you to accelerate.
