Steemit Engagement Challenge S5-W2 - My 3 Best Characters Vs 3 Worst Characters
Introduction
It's another amazing opportunity to put down a piece of article in the community and it would be in participation in the contest organized by the community for the second week in the Steemit engagement challenge. In this piece, I would have the opportunity to share with you some of my behavioral traits which would entail the ones I considered good or bad. Let's roll!

Best Characters
In this section of the contest, I would be sharing some of my characters that I have considered to be great ones. Unfortunately, in compliance with the contest, I would have to limit it to just 3.
Hardworking
I have considered myself to be hardworking over time and this would be the first trait I will be discussing here. Being hardworking goes beyond putting great energy into a certain task or study or work to achieve the desired result but also encompasses diligence and commitment, hardworking is not complete without these traits.

Diligence and commitment could have been discussed as separate traits but it's better we add them to where it belongs. I put in strong energy to work on any task assigned or personal life engagement with diligence and commitment to arrive at an excellent result.
Sometimes, I consider my commitment a weakness because I can hardly handle more things at a time which tend to limit me to giving my all to one thing like staying glued to only an organization's duty, focusing on something in the quest achieve great productivity on it, maybe I can work on that. Now that you know that hardworking isn't complete without diligence especially, I urge you to also practice alongside your great energy with all diligence and commitment.
Loyalty
Another behavioral trait I possess is loyalty. I like to associate with people that we have quite an aligned vision on something and I always stay loyal to the course. I have learned to be loyal in all situations, that's one of the ways I have considered to make the world a better place, even though some would consider it not quite enough when they can take hold of what they call opportunities while neglecting to be loyal to the deal.
In essence, I'm not the type that backbites, entering a deal with someone or an organization is an agreement that I would stay loyal to the course and wouldn't jeopardize my loyalty to practice illegality. A few people have also identified this trait of faithfulness in me and I urge others to also practice it, it pays to be loyal because, in the long run, it connects you to the people who actually value loyalty, for some kind of opportunity or collaboration.
Compassionate
The last trait I would be discussing before escaping this section is about being compassionate. This is a trait I consider to be hereditary, watching my parents exhibiting the behavior over the years makes it part of me as I have learned to show concern for humanity and genuinely render any assistance within my reach. We can make the world a better place with this attitude as well.
This trait happens to be a part of my daily life, pushing me around to be compassionate towards my loved ones and even people I'm not related to. I think of many out there whose strengths are fading out and how I can be of help to ensure they have a good life or a good rest after years of struggle in life. In conclusion, I urge the audience to be genuinely compassionate towards humanity.
The Other Side of Me
There are traits I have struggled with over time, those that are considered to be bad behavioral traits, some of which are being worked on. Let's see these 3 behavioral traits.
Anger
Anger is one of the behavioral traits I have struggled with all my life, even though it's better now. When I'm offended, it's hard for me to hide the anger, I can remember many times I have stood up against people during my university days and flared up. My anger is always felt by people around and a few friends have sat me down to try and control my anger. I consider this a bad trait.

The level of my anger has reduced over the years and one of the ways I control it is by staying off the events that seem offensive, yes, I have learned to walk away. I involve in fewer arguments now because it's always an avenue where guys use foul words which I'm quite allergic to, lol. If the event is still much around me, I tend to put on my earpiece and listen to music till the anger fades away. I'm getting better in that realm and I would advise anyone battling with that to work on themselves.
Annoyance
Annoyance is another behavioral trait that has made me exit discussions prematurely a few times. This doesn't happen because I expect everyone to be on my side in discussions but when the energy brought into the discussion was not properly evaluated or when people see nothing bad about an event everyone knows within them deserves more attention, I feel irritated and leave discussions prematurely without further briefing on such for some time.
Even though this is a behavior triggered by not reaching a common ground or consensus on weighty opinions, I feel irritated and think I could have not come up with the opinion, at least I would have saved myself from the distress. I don't think I have full control over this yet even though I'm still working on it not to leave such discussions prematurely any longer but give more reasons why the opinion is worth giving more attention.
Hopefully, I can manage the irritation because the result has always been associated with weak energy on my side as regards further engagement that pertains to the event or group.
Company
I don't know how to keep one any longer. It wasn't like this years ago but it's been hard for me to keep company, I guess I have been too immersed in the struggles of life as I feel companies would disrupt my process of putting things in place. Every single call or message from friends sometimes feels like a burden on me, on the activities I am involved in at that moment. I think I have been too focused on productivity which has affected my flexibility.
Where has it led me over the years? I don't think it has great results, my circle was very small now, and I miss my friends who have added to me immensely over the years but there is a brief disconnection now. I hope to get back on track and restore the healthy company I had previously. I have planned to step out more, connect with old friends and seek new connections as well. And in the virtual world, I will surely do more to strengthen my network.
Conclusion
In conclusion, as humans, we are associated with many behavioral traits some of which are considered to be good and others, bad. It's important to keep the good traits and work on strengthening them, likewise, the bad ones should be worked on, it's not always easy but with determination, we can make a change. It's a pleasure to take part in this and I hereby invite @badmus-official, @mato445, and @carlaisl to participate. Thank you. The contest can be accessed below:

Thank you for the support, @simonnwigwe.
Just as you have set the techniques to use in overcoming the bad traits, I must say that; you also possess good qualities that are amazingly beautiful like; being compassionate, hardworking and loyal.
Good to read about your personality.
Best regards!
Thanks for sparing some time to read through my entry and I'm glad that you have found my good behavioral traits quite amazing. I appreciate your time on this, @adylinah.
Reading through your article, I can attest to the fact that you are indeed 100% of all the good characters you have listed out.
On the opposite direction, It requires little or nothing, as compassionate covers for anger and annoyance while Loyalty covers for company. If you are loyal to one, it means you stick along just fine.
Thank you and Good luck. Have a great day.
Thanks for sharing your view about my behavioral traits, @sahmie.
