Robotics in Currency Trading

The financial sectors have received several technological innovations in the past few years, an example of this is the blockchain technology adoption in the banking system to take advantage of decentralization, smart contracts amongst others, associated with the blockchain technology.

Forex trading, Foreign exchange trading is a popular financial sector for the exchange of currencies of the world. The currencies are traded in pairs on a forex exchange platform, for example, GBPUSD, JPYUSD, EURUSD, and so on. Trading forex may require carrying out some analysis like technical analysis before making an entry into a market. There are different breakthroughs in that ecosystem and I would to share one with you today.

Before we talk about how it is utilized in currency trading, let's talk about robotics itself. Robotics is the study of the design and manufacture of machines to perform duties that were earlier performed by humans. These machines are called robots, they are programmed to perform certain duties automatically, most times, repetitive tasks. The use of robots has been adopted in many industries like the manufacturing industry, automobile industry, food industry, military, and so on.

Robots are also used in an environment that is considered dangerous for humans, the use of robots in such a region hasten the work and as well keeps humans away from the dangers that are associated with the area. We have seen some illustrations where robots are attending to the customers in restaurants, research shows that in a few years to come, robots may be taking over the role of humans in certain jobs, especially the ones associated with repetitive tasks.

These are the robot types used in the manufacturing industry, these are designed with extending arms to perform recurring product moving duties. No doubt, with this explanation, they are physical types of robots.

This type of robot takes the full form of a human, the design and construction are aimed at taking human form, and as well replace humans in carrying out some duties. An example of this is an illustration of where robots are being used in restaurants to serve customers, replacing waiters.

These are the robot types used for domestic purposes, like cleaning the house and other domestic maintenance. An example of this is a robotic vacuum cleaner that automatically cleans in the house as directed to do.

Above are a few types of robots, there are numerous others I couldn't mention in this piece. Basically, they are programmed aid assisting humans and in some cases, totally replace humans in carrying out some duties.

Robots have been employed in currency trading, they are shortly referred to as bots. Robots discussed in the previous section talked about physical robots, when I was young I have always thought robots are only physical programmed machines with heads, hands, and other body components. When I grew up and realized robotics is more than that and it can be abstract (invisible) programmed computer software.

Bots used in the trading of cryptocurrency and forex trading are simply abstract robot types that canceled my perception when I was young. These bots are programmed to crawl into the market having been programmed with different technical analysis methods, carry out trades on behalf of the owner, and exit. This is with no doubt one of the greatest innovations I have seen in trading that replaced the human effort of carrying out analysis before making entry into a market.

I have been actively trading forex with bots over the past few months and it's been an amazing experience so far. It saves me time to attend to other things knowing that my bot is working for me and returns with certain profits at the end of the day. Profits returned to the owner solely depends on the capital invested.

So far so good, I have a positive review about the bot I used for my forex trading as it prints only greens each time it enters the market while I was busy working on other things.

In conclusion, bots trading in currency trading is one of the innovations I have seen in the financial realm. Over time, I have been trying to understand how the bots crawl into the market and ensure that it only comes back with profits, that's a big one for me to understand at the moment and I have been developing interest in robotics which I may be pursuing sometimes sooner, it's worth gaining the technical knowledge of how this works.
