Learn With Steem Contest | Basic Competence Of a Teacher

Greetings to the host @fredquantum, let me participate to enliven the contest you are holding. My day is writing, So when I lost the idea to write, by chance I found a contest that you hold. No need to wait long to get started, here is my post.
I am a teacher in charge of one of the public schools in Aceh province, Indonesia. If you count about 14 years I live in this profession, a profession that I consider very useful for life. In my country Indonesia, which has a population of approximately 273 million people, the teaching profession is one of the professions that are in great demand. Many of the younger generations have aspirations of becoming a teacher, so almost throughout Indonesia there are universities that have teacher training majors.

For this post I want to share a lesson with all of you, what is the basic knowledge that must be possessed by a prospective teacher or maybe also a teacher? So that later people who want to become teachers can prepare themselves to enter the profession, as a very important provision for him in carrying out his duties as a teacher.
A prospective teacher or one who has taught must have at least 4 competencies as an initial provision in carrying out their duties. The 4 competencies include :
- Personality competence
- Social Competence
- Professional Competence
- Competency in teaching skills
In this section, I will explain one by one the four competencies, so that later you who read benefit from what is written. Briefly, these are the 4 competencies:

Personality Competence
The first ability that must be possessed by a teacher is personality competence, this competence is the nature or way of reacting and interacting with a person. Maturity and having a wise way of thinking and being able to limit himself to bad things is a mirrors of personality. With this competence, it is expected that teachers can be a good example to be imitated, indirectly it will have an impact on their students because this competence always keeps a teacher from actions that do not violate the rules and other norms.
Social Competence
The second is social competence, to become a teacher it takes the ability able to communicate with the people around him, regardless of their background. This ability determines how to get along with a prospective teacher or teacher in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that it can be easily accepted by all ages and communities in their environment or the school environment.
Professional Competence
The next ability is professional competence, here a teacher is guided to be able to master the field of science, insight, and intellectual. This professional competence will play a major role in the results obtained from what will be taught, the quality of education in a country is determined by the level of Professional Competence possessed by teachers in the country. That is why this competence must be possessed by prospective teachers or teachers, and become an absolute thing that must be possessed.
Competency teaching skills
And the last is the competence of teaching skills, which we often call pedagogical competence. Here a teacher or prospective teacher is guided to be able to present all forms of learning that are fun, informative, and creative. The goal is that the material to be invited is easy to be understood, understood, and remembered by all students.
Teaching skills competence also includes how we can manage the classroom well, and can also provide material, assessment, and evaluation of teaching and learning outcomes that we do. If reviewed further, the competence of teaching skills is also a measure of the extent to which a teacher can understand all students, which ultimately results in advanced and outstanding students.

Social competence is indeed an essential skill for any teacher to have. A teacher who can communicate effectively and connect with their students and colleagues can create an inclusive and positive learning environment. Moreover, professional competence is vital as it enables a teacher to master their field of study and effectively impart that knowledge to their students. You've exhaustively shown the basic competence of a teacher of which those you mentioned are undoubtedly in line. Social competence is what some teachers lack.
