"My Steemit Promotion Items"
Warm greetings loved ones, I am very happy to show my participation in the above contest topic organized by the user, @simonnwigwe. A special thanks to him for such a wonderful contest topic, and thanks to steer it team for the opportunity to write and be rewarded, the community of steem4nigeria is doing beautifully good too so, without any further ado, please keep reading down with me as I share.
Promotional items are the necessary things that are needed during promotional activities. To make the promotion on a particular thing more presentable and official, some items are very important to show the seriousness of that unique thing the promotion is all about, in the steemit platform, we need so many things to present as we commence promotion, and some of which are;
Banner
T-shirts
Fliers
A board and maker
Possibly, speakers and microphones.
What are the promotional aids you use to promote the steemit platform?
I have mentioned above the promotional items that would help to aid the promotion of the steemit platform, I have been longing to share about the steemit platform because it has admonished my person in diverse ways, the engagement with steemian, making new friends, and the new knowledge at all times. Ao, I would not like to keep it to myself and therefore, I move out for promotional activities and I have items such as; the banner, board, and t-shirts.
How did you get the promotional aid, was it a gift or you bought it, how much is the cost in your local currency as well as its equivalent in steem?
Okay, the promotional banner was a gift to @simonnwigwe and then because we live in the same state and town, we use the banner together. The t-shirt was also a gift, I was planning on having my t-shirt not until Simon told me he has one and that is the one I am currently using but I will still get mine customized soon. I would have given the cost in my local currency and its steem equivalence but unfortunately, they are all a gift.
How often do you use this promotional aid to advertise steemit in your area
Seminar held in the college of education Akwanga.
I have been using my t-shirts countless times now, most times I wear to the market, to school, and to the church which I see as a way of as well promoting the platform. The above picture is the picture I snapped on the day we went for promotion in the college of education Akwanga within Nasarawa State. Students turned up and it was so amazing, despite not all of them putting interest in it but just a few.
In every seminar, we hang the banner outside the hall so that people would know there is a special program going on, so we make use of the banner on every outing we go for promotion. The people in the above picture were not all invited but the banner informed them of the program going on in the hall and they joined.
Since you joined the steemit platform, how many persons have you recruited, and what are their username
Because I was feeling like a newbie on the platform and having @simonwigwe always around me, I talk to people about the steemit platform and then plead with him to register them and not because I am not always there to watch and learn how he does the registration but because laziness has gripped me not to learn and up till date I can't register someone perfectly without @simonnwigwe's presence. But because this contest has taught me a lesson, I will make sure I give much attention to how to register for the platform.
I brought two persons to him for the registration and they are; @spanky and @ashedzi.
What more do you need to help promote steemit in your area aside from the promotional aids you have already? Tell us about it
I think almost all the things needed for the promotional activities are always available but there is one thing I would love to have and it would help to fasten the promotion. The spirit of patience. Promoting the platform most times by going to places and roadshows are not enough,most times people would find these things interesting but they would later lack one thing and I come to understand that, in dealing with the steemit platform, patience is the key. "Votes not guaranteed" is the language and that is the more reason I don't tell people it's a platform for making money rather, it's a platform that admonishes and brings people together.
In conclusion, promotional activity helps to make people know about ongoing development, it's a way of telling people how good a particular thing is, the steemit platform has been our source to say and I will always tell people of how the platform has so much helped me financially and otherwise.
