Self evaulation is an important process and it should be done after every 3 months in my view. Because if you do it after year, you can't make things correct in time. But it is a good process that everyone must do.

We can do two things at same time but it is not possible for everyone. And I also do one thing at a time because it helps to achieve goal easily.
