Cooking gas is a must because we can't cook food if it is not available in the house. Yes there are alternatives like electric and to use wood but food made on gas tastes different. And it is easy to cook food on it.

You have mentioned the functions of cooking gas and also mentioned that how much you use it on daily basis.

Yes we need to buy the connection of gas from the government and it costs a lot but it has many benefits.
