Forgiveness has alot to do with our mental health. Forgiveness release us frol the bondage of guit. I hate to keep grudges and as such i learn to let go of the thijhs peole do to me but then i still let them know how they have hurt me.

Forgiveness brings us peace, fullfilment and makes us a better person.
