Diary game; Inauguration Ceremony of my beloved Pastor

introduction

Greetings, great Steemians. Hope you all had a wonderful day. My day was awesome and am grateful to God for sustaining my life and yours.

morning

So today was a stress-free day, fun, and a memorable day. This morning I woke up with positive energy. This was because I had a sound sleep. The first activity I had to carry out was to send a copy of my typed work to my office, so before 7:00 I was able to achieve that.

When I had finished with that, I carried out my personal hygiene routine and got myself ready for the day's activities. I had my bath, then I dressed to go to the barbing saloon to have my hair barbed because my hair had grown faster than I expected. So I planned that I would have my hair barb today.

I went to the first barbing shop in our street. It wasn't open, so I had to take a walk down the street, then I saw this new barbing saloon. I branched and, surprisingly, the barber gave me a nice haircut.

Afternoon

I got to the house by 12:00pm, then I applied relaxer to my hair and washed it thoroughly with shampoo and conditioner to avoid rashes or any bad effect that I might have gotten through the use of the clipper.

By 2:30pm I was getting ready to go for the Inauguration ceremony of my Pastor. I had to figure out the clothes I would wear because the one I had planned to put on got losed as I was trying to wear it. I had to search for another clothes that would be good for the occasion. As I was busy checking for the clothes, the power-holding company brought the light, so I ironed my clothes. Yes, I was glad I wasn't attending the inauguration ceremony with a rumble cloth.

By 3:00pm I left the house, though I spent 10 minutes on the road waiting for a tricycle that would convey me to my destination. The program was slated to start at 4:00pm, but by 4.10pm I arrived at the church. I was a bit late.

Reaching the church auditorium, prayer was on going, so people were asked to wait till they finished praying. I had to obey orders. I waited, later the usher ushered us to move to the front, which I did.

I walked majestically to the seat somewhere at the front and wanted to sit when I was told the seat was for pastors, Deacons, Deaconess and other ministers of God, so I had to walk majestically to another seat where I sat.

I was glad to witness this wonderful event as my parish pastor would be inaugurated as the pastor in charge of a province. It was a beautiful moment seeing my pastor at greater heights, but on the other hand, I, the church we miss him, because he was truly a father who had love and care for his children, I was in tears, but again I was happy because it is a promotion which is expected to happen in a man's life. It is rightly said that change is the only constant thing in life, and that change happened to us in our parish, and we took it in good faith, seeing that God had decided to bless our pastor by elevating him and taking him to another place.

It was a moment of joy. I took pictures with them and gave my God mother a hug and told my father in the Lord "congratulations daddy, more strength to do the work of God". It was a wonderful day and a memorable day to celebrate our father for his elevation in God's ministry.
