Jollof rice is one of the delicious food that everyone can enjoy in fact they are mostly use to serve quest at the wedding parties, end of the year party and naming ceremony. Jollof rice is something that you can enjoy for the rest of the day, one cannot do with out eating rice because every household consume rice. Nigeria Jollof rice is consider to be the best because it has nutritional value and some other advantage.
Every food have their own health benefit but their taste is quite different from one and others.
• Jollof rice contain energy that will satisfy you for the rest of the day, if you eat Jollof you will look health, strong and ability to do work.
• Boost immune system against unwanted disease that will cause sickness to our body system. This immune system will not allow the bacteria to enter our cell in such a way that will cause sickness.
• Jollof rice is easy to digest
• It also as health benefit especially when you slice onions, tomatoes and peppers then you are good to go
• It also help us to control heart condition for such people who are experiencing such difficulty.

Why have you chosen this particular food for this occasion?
Jollof rice is suit for any occasion, it can be serve with any meat of your choice either goat meat and cow meat. In Nigeria not everyone like salad with Jollof rice some will separate it aside until they finish the food. Some will say if they eat salad with Jollof rice they will visit toilet instantly but if you eat Jollof rice with meat of your choice alone you are good to go.

I had prepared this food for my self especially when i am in school i ate a lot of this food, sometime i will go nearby restaurant to buy this type of food.

• It can also be serve in workplace during the meeting hours.
• Jollof rice will give energy to the workers in order for them to stay longer and listening attentively through out the meeting.
Conclusion
Dinner are special occasion organise by a particular company and this normally occur when they are celebrating the company anniversary or when of their staff celebrate his or her promotion.

Hola @akareen creo que el arroz es una comida muy interesante en tu país y lo acompaña con pescado y también con pollo. En mi país Venezuela también tiene muchas formas de preparar hay algunos en especial como el arroz con pollo y la famosa paellas.
