Hello friends,
every Monday @qurator publishes the "Monday Mission", a contest open to all stemians.
This week the topic is: "Oh, The Drama!".

It is not a theme that I particularly like, I live life with positivity but it is also true that drama is everywhere.

So I thought of telling a little drama that happened to me when I was 16 years old.
A little sentimental drama ...

I was in third grade of high school and in my class there was a girl I liked very much, her name was Giovanna.

The story of this little drama begins in the toilets of the school I attended at the time.

The school toilets were separate: boys on one side and girls on the other.
The two bathrooms, although separated, were close and divided only by a thin wall.
The small thickness of the wall made it easy to hear voices coming from one bathroom to another and vice versa.

One day while in the bathroom I hear the voices of two girls coming from the other bathroom.
One of the two girls was really Giovanna. My inspiring muse. The girl I fell in love with.
Giovanna tells the other girl that she was madly in love with me.

Wow I thought immediately.
What a beautiful day!
I went home very happy.
Throughout the rest of the day I was in a perpetual state of happiness.

The next day, during the gymnastics class and supported by two slightly shaky legs, I approached Giovanna ...

Armed with a beautiful smile, I took courage and said:

I: Hi Giovanna It was some time that I wanted to talk to you.
You know, all I do is think of you.
I like you very much.
Would you like to go out together sometime?

At that moment Giovanna looked at me with a smile and said:

Giovanna: You are cute and really sweet but I like another guy.

I stood for a moment and then without saying a word I left.

But how! The day before she was madly in love with me!

Then I found out that in the class next to ours there was an older boy who had the same name as me ...

At 16, it was really a small and sentimental drama for me ...

Un piccolo dramma sentimentale giovanile

Sono diverse settimane che partecipo al contest Monday Mission di Qurator.

Questa settimana il tema è: Oh, The Drama!

Non è un tema che mi piace particolarmente perchè cerco di vivere la vita con positività.

Così ho pensato di raccontare un piccolo dramma che mi è capitato quando avevo 16 anni.
Un piccolo dramma sentimentale...

Frequentavo la classe terza della scuola superiore e nella mia classe c'era una ragazza che mi piaceva molto che si chiamava Giovanna.

La storia di questo piccolo dramma ha inizio nei bagni della scuola che frequentavo all'epoca.

I bagni della scuola erano separati: maschi da una parte e femmine dall'altra.
I due bagni anche se separati erano vicini e divisi soltanto da un sottile muro.
Il piccolo spessore del muro permetteva di sentire agevolmente le voci provenire da un bagno all'altro e viceversa.

Un giorno mentre ero in bagno sento le voci di due ragazze provenire dall'altro bagno.
Mi accorgo subito che una delle due ragazze è proprio Giovanna. La mia musa ispiratrice. La ragazza di cui ero innamorato.
Giovanna dice all'altra ragazza che si era follemente innamorata di me.

Wow pensai subito.
Che splendida giornata.

Tornai a casa felicissimo.
Per tutto il resto della giornata rimasi perennemente in uno stato di felicità.

Il giorno dopo, durante la lezione di ginnastica e sorretto da due gambe un pò tremolanti, mi avvicinai a Giovanna...

Armato di un bel sorriso e di una buona dose di coraggio, le dissi:

Io: Ciao Giovanna era un pò di tempo che volevo parlarti.
Lo sai, non faccio altro che pensare a te.
Mi piaci davvero tanto.
Ti andrebbe di uscire qualche volta insieme?

Giovanna mi guardò, mi sorrise e mi disse:

Giovanna: Sei carino e davvero dolce... ma a me piace un altro ragazzo.

Rimasi per un momento immobile e poi senza dire una parola me ne andai.

Ma come! Il giorno prima era follemente innamorata di me!

Poi scoprii che nella classe vicina alla mia c'era un ragazzo più grande che aveva il mio stesso nome...

Ecco a 16 anni è stato davvero un piccolo e sentimentale dramma per me...
