Dear @chriddi,
I will commend you for the great effort so far as a good shepherd. You actually did your best to save the lamp's life, unfortunately it still died.
The few explaination of the whole process of taking care of the sheep has given me a preview of what is involve in beign a shepherd, It does not just require care but extra care. Ofcourse animals also deserve that too.
Atleast, you are known for such good acts. I know you..!
I know you went through alot last year emotionally... and all the bad memories, but i am also glad that you are strong and you cane out victorious.
I think this year will start on a good ground and you won't have to face the past again...
More healthy sheeps , goats and happiness.
Regards

Thank you so much for your kind words. Yes, I did everything I could and most of all I did it with a lot of love for the animals and reverence for the new life.
Indeed, animals need more than care, they also need special care. That is why I also said about your plans with the goats, you must think about it very carefully, the satisfaction of the animals and the shepherd will not come from just owning the goats. Other activities (like dedicated steeming, for example) would have to take a back seat to that.
Well, after the emotionally horrible last year, I didn't have to have that experience. Still, it was an important experience. We have a phrase in German: "What does not kill us, strengthens us."
And so it is. I now know even more precisely what I want (and can): I want the sheep!
Happy New Year to you, too!
Thats right..!
You did your best. And sure if i have to start that, i know that i will need yo invest alot of time and care for it.
And that phrase in German is also comon here too.
I am glad you are strong. It adds to your experience.
