Aging is natural process no one deny from it has it's a biological process we have to face it by the willingness day or by non-willingly and sometime definitely we are scared from but there is no use.

As your mentioned we can make it Beautiful by adopting a good habits and make our old age more energetic and powerful so that there is no medication and no dependency on others having the active lifestyle made it feasibility more.
