A person is seen as a good and healthy person. If a person is healthy, then he also likes all the things around him. Important changes will also have to be made for him to take care of his health, for which he should first keep his diet good, then exercise on a daily basis and especially avoid ghee and fried things. Do it so abstinence from medicine is better so our life is a great blessing for us.

I will answer this as yes because I belong to a land owner family and we have a village where our forefathers live there many people are strong mentally and physically when I tell the people there. When I see it, my heart feels that I am also strong like them because whenever I see them, even at the age of 100 they are ready to do their work very well and even if it is a big work. And even if that work is small, this is the reason for their strength because their diet was very simple, but it was for work, in which they ate local things and went for walks in the morning and evening. included in his routine which is why he is still more powerful than today's youth. I had a grandfather who was more than 95 years old.In his 22 years of life I had never seen him take any kind of medication and he was hale and hearty till the end.
