Its my pleasure that this new community @STEEMITHEALTH organised meaningful contest like this. Today i will discuss about how i maintain my health habits.

How I Maintain My Health Habits

Health is the absence of disease in our body, health is one of the essential things in life, Individual need to maintain health habits in order to live long. I maintain my health habit and i even encourage others people to do so in order for them not to contact disease in their body system.

Things that i do to help me maintain health habits include the following:

Drink clean water

Every morning i will drink clean water so that it flush away harmful chemical in my body system. Water is life because it constitute 75% in our body system and it also help us to digest food we eat in our body peoples can not do without water, we used water for cook, for wash our dirty cloth, for bath etc.

Regular exercise

Every weekend i usually performed some kind of exercise in order to keep my body fit and to promote my healthy life style. Regular exercise help our muscle fit, it also help our mind soul. Some peoples only have saturday and sunday to carry out this activities which i did so

Eat Good Food

Balance diets should be in our foods so that our body will be fit against unwanted disease. Individual need to consume enough balance diet on whatever they want to eat which include protein, carbohydrate, fat and oil, and vitamin. All this help the body to fight unwanted disease and also boost our immune system etc.

Visit Hospital

Peoples should visit hospital whenever they are ill so that professional nurses and doctors can carryout adequate test in order to find out what causes the sickness and appropriate drug can be given to you.

Clean Our Surrounding

Our environment should always be clean, this morning i clean my environment, i packed all the dirty things and i throw it inside the dustbin include the cobweb i noticed on my roof.

Conclusion

Peoples should not joke with their health, they should sleep at the right time and they should also go for medical check up at least 2 days in a week. I invite @yakspeace, @Tiyum08 and @udyliciouz to join me in this contest.
