In my point of view smoking kills is true. Smoking is based on tobacco made things, where tobacco causes illness, severe sick and even death than other vigorous drugs. Tobacco is widely used habit than drugs, it is legal in most of the countries. By count more than 10,000 people are died of smoking which stands in the "Smoking Kills". Innocent people are affected by smoking, like the non smoker also inhale the smoke from cigrate if he stands next to smoking man. Smoking results in cancer like lung , mouth, nose, pancreas, kidney, etc. Smoking also causes lung disease, heart disease, stroke, and breathlessness.

Smoking cigarette contains tar, nicotine, collarbone monoxide, ammonia, arsenic where as these chemicals are widely known for causing cancer. Nicotine, an organic substance which is present in tobacco plants naturally. Nicotine is a addictive substance. When People are start smoking frequently, their system get used to nicotine, their body requires nicotine a regular amount. This is how people get addicted to smoking.

No, I do not smoke. My friend have the smoking habit and become addicted. I have noticed that he spend time and money on smoking cigarettes two times a day, it becomes a daily routine of his life. Even he had his own lighter for smoking, he felt like smoking is stylish behaviour in society. Now I noticed that he had persistent dry cough and he gets tired when walk smaller distance when compared to us. Sometimes we argued about smokers and non smokers topics. When ever he feels stressed he go for smoking.

To reduce the rate of smoking is a great task to achieve because it needs different perspective approach. It involves counselling, individual, and interventions. By promoting awareness of the consequences of smoking habit and tobacco. By providing resources to quit smoking like psychology therapy, counselling, replacement for nicotine. Public health campaign may be good thing to reduce rate of smoking. By regulating the tobacco advertisements and increased tax for tobacco products can have a significant impact on addition rates.

Smoking is a addictive habit which results severe impact on health even death also. It is a complex and challenging issue has significant impact on social lifestyle. Try to not smoke. If someone is struggling with smoking habit, try to help them to quit by means of safety measures. Be healthy and spread care.

Smoking is very bad. It doesn't just end in affecting people health wise, it end up killing them.
