Thank you for visiting, there are many people who can't say what, even though I once read in a book, the title of which I forgot, corn is high in fiber, in fact it is In some countries, corn is used as a staple food
Years ago a penfriend in Romania told me corn is used a lot with them. With us it's expensive and called exclusive. Strange if you consider that.

Thank you very much, that's true, in fact now it has been used as an imported or exported ingredient, in fact now many people choose to make dough with corn flour at our place.
