Good evening all,just decided to made this local jollof but seem it was more than I thought.. Here are the items I use...

Ingredients;

Onion

Salt

Seasoning(maggi star and knorr)

Fresh pepper

Shombo

Tatashi/Tatachi

Fresh tomatoes only

Ginger and garlic

Vegetation oil

Rice(basmatic rice)

Green pepper

Yellow pepper

Carrot

Coconut milk

Soy sauce

Sweet chilly

Chicken for protein

Steps 1

Blends your tomatoes,fresh pepper,ginger and garlic, onions,shombo and tatashi...

Step :2

Boil hot water to use and wash ur rice no parboiling please so u can have a quality rice

Step :3

Put ur point on fire,add in your vegetable oil A k A groundnut oil,allow to hot,add in your onion, some ginger and garlic and fry till golden brown,move in your blended past and fried... Fry till is tick

Step 4:

Add your coconut milk
Soy sauce
Sweet chilly
Move in with some Seasoning
Water and allowed to cook...
After about 15mins

Step 5

Add your rice
Please no too much water,reduce your light so it can cook and not get burnt .. Watch for like 20 minute why I said 20 is because I use low heat to cook as the rice is cooking
Move over to you chicken
I don't cook or stem mine
This is what I do

Wash very well with lemon

Put in a sieve to dry water
Add in your seasoning
Some onions paste
Ginger and garlic
Your pepper
Salt,,mix every thing together

Step 8:

Put your frying pan on fire😂😂
Add in your oil let it hot this KFC method

Step 9:

Mix your all purpose flour with corn flour together to get that crushed chicken.
Keep ur egg mixture aside
Once your chicken is well mixed and taste are okay, pick your chicken and put in the egg mixture and roll over... Put it back to the flour and down to fire
Abeg no forget ur rice oh😂😄,
Do same to all

Dish in a cooler or plate and decorate it to ur taste and take me later...
