Did you already have another job and just need to clear your medical or will you be searching for a job?

I already have another job, a medical examination is the last step before the first working day at a new place. The plan was not to quit until I was hired for another job 🙂.

In your case, I would advise you to look for another job in your spare time. There is no rush, but who knows, you might come across something really good. I went to interviews, sent resumes and contacted managers of other companies, starting in May. I wasn't sure I wanted to quit yet, but when I got a really good offer, I left.

And yes, you are right:
