I have mad a bascket craft with ice cream sticks, here are steps how I made it.

Materials required:

Materials required:

1. Ice cream sticks
2. Acrylic Paint
3. Paint brush
4. Glue
5. Glass jimmki
6. Glitter pen/ gliter glue

Step1.

Take a set of 4 ice cream sticks and glue them at the ends as given forming a square. Make 15 such squares.

Step2.

Pain 8 of them completely in the colour of your choice

Step3.

Take another 21 icecream sticks. Paint 11 of them in the same colour.

Step4.

Now glue the single sticks to form square. Place 2 sticks vertically, one painter and the other plain, then glue 2 sticks horizontally on them to form a square, again, one painted and the other plain

Step5.

Now take 2 more sticks, one painted and the other plain, and glue it vertically, forming a square as given. make sure that the sticks below are not overlapped so that they are seen. Also make sure to glue the painted stick on the opposite side to the painted stick placed vertically before as given.

Step6.

Follow the same steps till the center space of the square is covered.

Step7.

Turn it upside down to get this spiral up lift formation

Step8.

Now take the previously glued squares and stick them one on top of the other with alternate colours. Make sure to tilt the edges slightly so that the corners are not one on top of the other.

Step9.

Continue the steps to form a spiral

Step10.

Follow the same steps till all the 15 squares are stuck.

Step11.

Apply glue to the top of the spiral

Step 12. Then stick the previously made spiral bottom to it.

Step 13.

Turn it upside down to get the spiral basket

Step 14.

Use glitter pens/glitter glue and glass Jimmkies to give the final touch and design to the work. Your spiral basket is ready
