Delicious fish recipes @muktaseo '10% to @beautycreativity'
Hi friends
Hope everyone is well by the grace of the Creator. I'm fine too.. Have you ever thought? "How carefully the creator has arranged the world for us. And made people the best creatures. He has kept us ahead in terms of intelligence. But are we using it properly? All the time we are busy only to harm it. When will people recover from this sick mentality? God give your best soul a healthy mind and spirit”. Anyway, that's a lot to talk about, now eighty is my main topic.
Today's topic is Yellowtail catfish (Pangasius fish) recipe. Many people like this fish because it has less cut, but some people do not like it. My recipe today for those who don't like pangasius fish. Hopefully, cooking this way will not smell and everyone will enjoy eating.

Mix the fish pieces well with turmeric powder, pepper powder, a little mustard oil and salt. Fry until light brown. Add some whole cumin seeds, 1 bay leaf to the fried oil. Saute it well with chopped onion. When the onion turns light brown in color, saute it with onion batter, roson batter and ginger batter. Add little water. Add salt like turmeric powder, pepper powder, cumin powder and quantity. Mix well with little water. When the spices are ground, water should be added. When the water boils, the fried fish should be added to the yogurt. Serve with hot rice. Everyone will eat with fun.
We are Bengali with fish and rice. If I am good myself, I give the opportunity to keep others good. I conclude by greeting everyone again.
