Delecious Seekh Kebab
Good Day Everyone,
I was scrolling through my gallery and found some beautiful memories of this Eid. On Eid's 3rd day, my cousin visited my house, and we decided to have dinner with homemade seekh kebabs. I bought the coal from the market, and he prepared all the ingredients. Then we went to the roof and started our cooking.
It was a time-consuming process and required a lot of care to turn the sides every 30 seconds. We made almost 4 seekh kebabs and 6 tikka boti seekhs. We enjoyed the dinner with ketchup and curd. It was a delicious, healthy, and spicy dinner. Here are some pictures:

Delicious, Thank you for sharing a sample of a dish from oriental culture that I love, it is very appetizing. Here in Venezuela we make variations with different meats: poultry, pork and beef. We don't like lamb very much here.
