Apple is rich in fiber, which is great for weight loss. Eating seven apples every day can help you lose around 10% of your body weight within a month. Similarly, banana also contains fiber, which is great for weight loss. Therefore, when you eat one banana with one apple, you get the benefits of both items. Apple is rich in Vitamins like B2, B6, B5, B1, B3, and PP and minerals like Potassium, Calcium, Iron, and so on. Apple is a rich source of fiber. It is used for healthy bowel movements and also for a healthy heart.
