The Beauty of Creativity (BoC) is a well-growing community. Verified quality authors here who are manually verified by the BoC team. Community only promote the Original quality content and guide the beginners in every way to boost content quality. For a new user, it is very difficult to look up a proper community to post content with the initial support of their effort. Community allows an author to post any type of content where there is a reflection of creativity. Our community team and members make the community unique and deserving to get support from the steemit team.

Community Purpose

The Beauty of Creativity Community is created in February 2021 in Pandemic Time. On the very first day, the community set rules and regulations that clearly state that there is no place for plagiarism and original quality work will be appreciated link. Community first priority is to establish a pure system where the quality author is appreciated and plagiarists are discouraged. Allowing authors a universal community to post any type of creative work like art, photography, singing, writing & articles [about travel], sports, science and technology economy life and life-style, poetry, story and more.

What is the purpose of your community?

• We believe that our community is unique because our most priority is to inspire people to create original content which reflects creativity.
  Are there any other communities covering the same subject or area as yours?
• Yes,there are some communities which cover the same subjects what we are covering.But one and main difference among our community and others is that it(Beauty of Creativity) only focuses on creative works not a simple work.

Thankfully, our team is very active in the community and initiated a program to manually verify the authors as we believe steemit is a pure social media platform. The community team investigate members day-by-day and check for their identity and content quality. The author will be asked for verification if we found a suspect in him/her. We always try our best to support quality content in every way, Organizing unique weekly contests to engage the members and give them extra rewards for their quality work.

Community Admins @blacks and @tanuja are from India and cover the Hindi, Bandali, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and English languages.

Community Moderator @abduhawab is from Indonesia (Lhokseumawe Aceh) and cover all Acehnese languages and English.

Community Moderator @faisalamin is from Pakistan and can cover Punjabi, Urdu and English languages.

Community team members are appreciated for their work in the community and get some extra vote percentage on their content for their support. All the team members are happy to work hard to grow to the community and take it to the moon under the umbrella of Steemit.

Running a community single-handed is not a good practice. A single person is not able to handle the community in a good way. That is why community assign different roles to a different member. There are two admins in our community for the safety in terms of losing keys of one admin other can handle the situation.

What is your Community Curation Account?

• We have two official curation accounts one is @beautycreativity which is used for getting delegation.We have a total of 7,267.26 SP. The community encourage the delegator by set the high vote percentage according to their delegation. That is why more and more members making delegating to the official community curator account @beautycreativity.

• Our another community curator @photoman(Pure community investment) has owned a total of 212,919.72 SP.The curator uses SP to upvote quality content manually and there is a good percentage vote advantage for designators. Every delegator is labelled with their Delegated amount of SP.
  What are your plans for growing the SP of the account?

• As there are weekly contests and the winners paid by the community official account that is why some reward is kept for contest and remaining is powered up always because we believe stronger the community account is better for community long life.Our main curator @photoman gets handsome curation reward and most of the steem he does power up.

We try our best to curate the original quality content by our official communities(@beautycreativity and @photoman) which help the community to reward the authors daily.

On average what proportion of the posts each week receive a vote from the community account?

• Everyday we manually upvote about 16 posts by our two community curation account.So in a week almost 110+ posts get upvote.


Plagiarism & Abuse

The community team members have a keen eye on the quality of the post in the community. The team always check the author's post goo through it and provide valuable feedback and guide the author to maintain and boost the quality. We set rules and regulations where clearly state that any type of plagiarism is not tolerated in the community.

The thing that makes the community unique from, others is the manual content verification of an author. It takes some time but it worths it. A team member can ask for verification if they found someone doing suspicious activity in the community. After the verification, we label the user as Verified Member and keep track of all the verifications.

Community moderators @abduhawab and @faisalamin always look for impurity that makes the community looks bad. We found some cases of fake accounts and users with multiple accounts farming and the community took strict action against them. We ensure that the photographs posted in the community are original or source linked.



Engagement & Commenting

Community team members including all Admin and Moderator are active in the community and appreciate the quality content by providing a valuable comment on every post. Also, community moderators guide the newComers in the community to boost their content quality. It is not only limited to Steemit there is a Discord dedicated server for the community member where 24/7 support is available.

There is also an interesting unique weekly contest program. Community members take a part in it and win big rewards.



Plans & Updates

We use the community official accounts for announcements and updates. When there is a need to add something new in rules and regulations or need any modification we always prefer to use the community account to make a post to notify all the members. Weekly contests are posted via the community account and reward distribution is also done by it.

To run the community for the long term we set a road map the first thing we need to do is to make the community plagiarism free which directly encourages the quality content creators for their effort. Catching up farming and fake identities by using different investigation methods. The second phase that is already started is the promotion of community in steemit and outside of the steemit like to promote the steemit and Beauty of Creativity in related country.

We are trying to get a good amount of Steem Power so, we can support every single quality content creator. many of the community members are participating in #SPUD4STEEM and powering up the community. we have 30+ active delegators and getting more day by day. Having enough SP will make the community stronger to keep track of the roadmap.

We have also aligned a charity program that will be initiated soon when our community is supported by the steemit team. There is a lot to add to charity programs to help needy people under the umbrella of Steemit.



Promotion

We believe that promotion is one of the important things to build up the community. Our team designed high-resolution graphics for the community that are used to promote the Steemit and community Beauty of Creativity. Our members also promoting the community by using these graphic assets to the T-Shirt,

It is not limited to this a proper footer in a post can help the community to build as some users find it useful and join the community and Discord server for any query.

Organizing unique contests in the community will engage the members and attract new users to join and take a sport in it.

We found many cases where a user uses an edited picture of someone to complete the acheievemt-1 and get labelled themself as verified. By manual verification now we have unique quality content creators.
