Chin-chin recipe

Hello Steemians, how was your day today, hope we all had a great day? You are all welcome to my blog. As a caterer in the house, permit me to take you through some snacks recipes that you can try at home and also use them as side hustles to make extra income. Here is the recipe for yummy and rich Nigerian chin-chin.

Flour- 800g(sieved)
Magarine- 200g
Sugar-. 125g
Nutmeg 1pc(grated)
Milk flavor- 2tsp
Baking powder- 1tsp
Egss-. 2pcs
Milk(powdered) 100g
Water- As required
Salt- A pinch
Veg oil- For deep frying

PROCEDURE

*In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients
*Rub in the magarine to the flour mixture till it becomes like bread crumbs
*Add the eggs, and mix with your hands
*Add water gradually add mix thoroughly with your hands until you achieve a smooth dough.(it should not be sticky to the hands)
*Place the dough on a flat surface and knead gently
*Roll out with your rolling pin and cut into desirable shapes with your chin-chin cutter.

*Deep fry with a medium heat

• Counting stirring till you get a golden brown color.

*When chin-chin is cool, store in airtight container (this will help it last for months without spoiling)

• You can now enjoy your yummy chin-chin with any drink like fresh fruit juice, malt, yoghurt etc
