The Diary Game // Betterlife// 31-05-21

Good morning fellow steemians, hope everyone is well!!
Making my first post here in @ steemit nursery by sharing how my day spent..

Woke up at 6am in the morning with the help of my alarm😁, its a gloomy day, its really a struggle getting up in bed in such a cold weather, that feeling of wanting to stay in bed the whole....... day sleeping 😴, haha,...
..but that thought didn't allow me to make as an excuse since i had a scheduled seminar, which i needed to attend to help me refresh my knowledge & can be useful in my job.

To start my day, I took a bath to awake my consciousness, & had a glass of milk and sandwich for my breakfast. Changed my outfit afterwards and put some make up on, to brighten someones eyes, even in a gloomy day,haha

The seminar was held at my workplace( just a walking distance away from my home) but since the weather is not good, that anytime soon rain will fall, so i decided to ride a tricycle to my destination.

Arrive earlier than the alloted time, so i still had a chance to study in advance about our topics. You know, some of the speakers will randomly ask questions before they start their discussion. Better being prepared😃

Moments later, participants arrived(were just only few who are selected to attend the seminar, to manage the staffing), and the speaker too. Then the said seminar started.

Our topics is about Seizure & Seizure Management,:: Seizure is an electrical disturbance in the brain which can cause changes in behavior, movements or feelings and in levels of consciousness.

This topic is helpful to us with my colleagues as we are working in the hospitals, or not just in hospitals settings, might one day we bump into someone who had this ailment, anywhere, atleast we already know what to do.

The speaker explained the topic well, there are question and answer too, and some videos are presented to elaborate more especially when it comes to the topic's classifications.

Ofcourse, after the discussions, questions are waiting for us to be answered...but before the post test, we had our 15minutes break..snacks are distributed to feed our hungry tummy to deliver some glucose to our bloodstream to keep us alive and alert😁...remember questions are still waiving.. so we need some energy...

To make the post test entertaining, we're devided into 2 groups, and i belong to group 2. The said test is a multiple choice, each group was given a card with a letter of A to D, we just raise our choosen letter of answer in every question. Those who got a highest score will be the winner..

Its the group where i belong, thanks to my smart groupmates,haha,,just kidding, ofcourse i participated too in choosing the answers😉

Seminar was ended, certificates are distributed and picture taking follows...

Half day well spent with additional knowledge

...but before i go home, i decide to go church visit, while on the way 'm hoping theres a scheduled mass for me to attain, and yes luckily, i just came right in time, 10 minutes after, mass started..

Went home after the mass, its already afternoon, took a bath, rest for 5hrs before my night shift grind start.
