CONTEST: Escape the Island or adapt with the steemit

Thank you so much @belenguerra for this wonderful contest. Interesting and Amazing!!!. So this is my adventures story.

Our first boat ride

It was mid of October when I left with my friends for my first boat ride. I was so excited and was under the mountains of happiness. The blue sea with blue sky looked so beautiful. But we couldn't continue that happiness for long time. suddenly the boat began to sway heavily. Couldn't imagine where the rain with the wind came from. The only thing we could do was wait until the weather turns to normal. But nothing happened as we wished and the boat was blown away by the wind and luckily landed on an Island. That's why I am here today.

The Island

I was so frightened and needed to cry. shh!! No. I should thank to the god. because we all were alive and no one was dead. We were horrified for a while. But two old members of Steemit group , @cryptokannon and @besticofinder were with us on that boat and they encouraged us and started to discuss about what to do next. We all are friends and @damithudaya and @madhumunasinghe were also with me who are the new Steemit members. I relaxed when I realized they were with me. The island looked like uninhibited and there were lot of trees with different fruits, including coconut trees.

Plans for surviving

At that moment we didn't have to worry about our foods, because we brought foods more than required. They were safe. But we wanted a way for foods in the future. we didn't even know where we were and still don't know exactly. Then we wanted a shelter. @cryptokanon and @bestcofinder automatically became our guiders and we first went inside the island to see if there was a natural cave like place to stay. This time too we were lucky. we found a natural and safe cave. we searched it to ensure the safety.

The next step was bringing the items from the wrecked boat. Fortunately we have brought so many necessary things, just like we knew something like this was going to happen. we spent that night in the cave. The fire protected us. we heard different voices in the night, so it was a sleepless night for all and no words to explain how dangerous it was. !!

Surprise!!!

In the next morning when I was in the cave, I heard someone screaming. Suddenly all of us ran out and the scene outside, scared me too. strangely a few men dressed in leather with tattoos all over their bodies were waiting at us. I realized that they were sacred too. Today I know who are they. They are tribesmen who lives on that island for a long time. But at that moment we all were shocked to see that weird people. Our friend @cryotokannon tried to help them understand why we were there. But it was too hard, because they couldn't understand our language. So he used sign language to explain. They understood after showing our wrecked boat.

Actually they are good people. Their behavior was very different from their appearance. They took us to their settlement ant treated us with food. ❤

At the moment, those people are helping us to rebuilt our boat. My friends including @besticofinder @cryptocannon @damithudaya and @madhumunasinghe hardly trying to understand where we are now. They are using their knowledge and skills to rebuild the boat also.

Adaptation

Anyhow we adopted to the situation and trying to get out of this keeping our minds strong. We had a plan for fishing, so we have a fishing net for fishing. We eat fruits on the Island. But we Don't forget to make sure they are not poisonous to us. tribesmen always help us. Sometimes they offer foods too. But we always try not to bother them. Because they are good people and have done so many things for us.

Once, one of our friends suffered with fever and our first aids couldn't give him a cure. That time they came to help us and made their own medicinal drink. It was a magical drink and our friend healed quickly. we thank them from the bottom of our hearts.

Even though we are in a difficult situation, we will never forget the beauty of this Island. We will share about it as soon as we get out of here. I hope Steemit will help us to bear the situation and to get out of here.
