Hello everyone. Hope you are all doing great. This is the very first time I'am participating in a contest on @steemitnursery community.

What is a Profile?

Profile simple means the description of someone or something or a brief biography of a person.

Why it is important to update your Profile?

Like i said earlier a profile is the description of who you are so there it is absolutely compusory to keep updating your profile because it indicates to others that you're active, One is to help other people to identify you. Another is to help you express yourself… and to help others to develop the right impression of you.

How can I update my Profile?

All you have to do is follow this simple steps.

• Step 1: Login to your steemit and click on "Profile"

• Step 2: Click on "Settings"

• Step 3: Underneath your setting you will see many options:-

• Profile picture:- This is your diplayed picture.

• Cover image:- This is your cover picture.

• Display Name:- This is your Name it different from your username.

• About:- This is a short description about yourself. Eg Your skills, The current work you are doing and so on.

• Location:- This is where you currently reside.

• Website:- This is your website address.

• Step 4:- Then click on "Update"
