Hello everyone 👋,

Today I started my weekend. Time to quickly look at how today has gone plus some of the trending stories. Let's get going 💨.

So as usual, I kicked off early with the brisk walking 👣 and jogging 👟 around the neighborhood 🌲. As always the morning breeze 🍃 was amazing and made it quite enjoyable 💯.

Come ten o'clock, I was back indoors where I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.

Locally, the usual political shenanigans 😹 and plannedemic vaccinations kept going.

Globally, the long awaited Tokyo olympics kicked off with an elaborate opening ceremony. Naomi Osaka lit the cauldron and am sure it's gonna be exciting with 11 thousand athletes from over 200 countries 👏🙌.

Over in crypto land, bitcoin still teasing us with the sideways movement, currently at 32k. Who knows, tomorrow could be at 35 or 28k😹. I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the shopping center for some groceries and then walked around for a while before heading back home 🏡.

Back indoors, I had my usual nap 💤. I woke up some time early evening feeling well rested 💯. Next I continued watching some of the earlier videos and news. In western India floods and landslides after heavy monsoon rain ☔. This global warming is getting crazy.

As the evening set in , I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. I had an extended walk and made it back home 🏡 safe and sound calling it a day 🙌.
