Once, there lived a poor boy who made a living by selling various products from door to door. This was the source were he earned money to pay for his education.

One day, as he was moving from house to house as he always do, he felt very weak and hungry. He felt that he couldn't walk even a shorters distance. He decided to beg for food in one house. He knocked at the door and was surprised to see a beautiful young girl opening the door. With much hesitation, he beg the girl for a glass of water.

The girl understood his situation and offered him a big glass of milk. With an startled look, the hungry boy drank the milk very slowly.

The boy requested to know the amount he is paying for that milk.

The girl said, is just given for the sake of Allah.

The hungry boy was so happy and thanked the her from the bottom of his heart and said he will continue with his selling.

Years later. The young and God fearing girl grew up. In her maturity age, sadly, she fell sick and was discovered with the scattered kind of neural disorder. Many skilled doctors were puzzle by the condition this girl, and she was then to a city to be admitted in that city hospital with the most ultra modern facilities.

The hospital requested the presence of Dr. Salam, a famous neuro professional to test her. With all his remarkable proficiency, Dr. Salam was not able to find the girl's illness easy to cure. nevertheless, with determination and hard work that lasted for months, he was finally get the disease under control. With cautious medication and observation, she was completely cured in the end and get back to her conscious.

Everyone applaud the doctor, but this girl was absolutely anxious about how huge amount the hospital bill would come. Because her family was not all that rich there had just a little amount of money left in their bank account, which was by all means not enough to pay for such a long treatment bill.

The bill was finally giving to the girl. With palpitate hands, she opened the paper . And was amaze to see that the bill has been cancelled, and there was a note covered signed by Dr. Salam.
