The beginning of everything great requires the readiness within and the zeal to achieve and making an impact worth celebrating and remembering.
It requires the enthusiasm of persistent willpower to fulfill a dream and of course a set target.
The time available for us can only be defined by ourselves and NOT by the changes in seasons and events.
A thousand people believe, that as time continuously pass us by, so shall we be moving closer to our dreams and the life we wish to live. But..., the talks of reality speaks differently, in an opposite tone the majority do not understand or maybe, are not in the position to hear.

We pat ourselves in the back, singing to ourselves the beautiful melodies of the songs in our dreams hoping that seasonal changes sail us through to the cute future we desire, and hence approach every coming season (2022) with the same mentality, that things will eventually and automatically change and open up wide for us when in fact, we do not actuate and lay off the foundation of the mechanism towards achieving the dreams we sing to ourselves each passing year. Every one of us has the power within to reaching greatness, but a very few of us really see it the right way.

The future truly is never going to work out itself for us unless it is being worked on. And the secret of working out the future is hidden within us and our daily routines.
I believe we all have ways of working out the future, but the most effective and gratifying of all ways favor those who have got a clear insight(Vision) of heights they aim to reach and what they want, discipline themselves towards their vision, work smartly-hard in the process, read and acquire the needed knowledge to broaden their intellect in a chosen mission and as well creating a network of like-minded individuals who trust and believe in such vision and are ready to working it out.
Building up a vision goes beyond the thought of such mission in the head, it got to do as well with knowledge of yourself, and exactly what you want, where you want to go and WHY you want to go there. Answering all these questions will help furbish the mission at hand, but... if the WHERE, WHAT and WHY cannot be answered then trust me the vision has to be recreated.

Being disciplined isn't just a way to reaching one's goals in the march to greatness, as well it is one of the surest ways to surviving and 'staying alive' in this competitive world. It is seen by great men as the constancy of purpose.

Creativity whatsoever without discipline is going to be a huge struggle to the products of the most creative, trust me. If we want to reach greatness in every year every time, we must appreciate the might and the force of HABITS. We got to crumble those habits of being in the wait for the savior (which breaks us) and hasten to adopt the practices and everyday habits that help us achieve the greatness we so wish for. We MUST conquer ourselves, hold ourselves responsible and always act quickly in a spirited_motivated manner for we are as well competing for SURVIVAL.

Notwithstanding the above... decades long gone, when humanity believed in hard work as the ultimate way to a job well-done; reality NOW, bet the differ. I do not oppose the force and power of hard work, but in this 21st century; working very hard without being smart eventually will waste resources and time. BELIEVE THAT!
Instead..., working smartly-hard; thus creating 'a catalyzing factor that forges a reaction pathway of less input but greater results'
A typical example to simplify this lies between a farmer using just a hoe and cutlass and a farmer with tractors, combine-harvesters and the likes. THINK ABOUT IT...!
Knowledge acquisition and the openness of the mind then sets in since we cannot work smartly-hard without a broader intellect on a chosen field. It requires studying the right materials and the readiness of accepting useful information.
With all these being followed, the company we keep matters. One can be able to see the sense in these gratifying and effective ways of working out the future, but... the individuals we associate with might not. This will intend to be a huge distraction in the execution of the task at hand to set foot on the road towards our dreams (vision)

In short, 2k22 will be a new year to the world, but to us seeking greatness, it is just another dawn to continue the hustle. Have a vision, be discipline in the process, work hard in the smartest possible way and seek knowledge from the wise. Then after, you keep the company of smart personnel. Do these and watch humanity FEEL your impact.
