I do feel that. And then to make me free from worries I want to forget what I did, what worries me. And to do that I keep myself busy with something. Try to act like normal. And after a few days I totally overcome it.
that's great you know how to overcome!
It's hard though, to overcome worries by yourself, right? I wouldn't manage 😕 I'd be frustrated again and again.
