Concurso: "Aroma y colores de mi día"

Entre olores y sabores no han escrito los autores, pero aquí es entre olores y colores que nos invita @ciru2014 a participar en un concurso creado por ella para nosotros.

En nuestro vivir de cada día nos rodean muchos olores, aromas y estos pueden estar asociados a colores.

Huele a un rico y negrito cafe.

Quesillo..........Quesillo.

Quesillo casero porque fue hecho en casa./// Quesillo casero because it was homemade.

Para quien es nativo de mi Venezuela como yo, debe identificar este rico olor dulce, a veces con un toque de ron, pero mas de vainilla, y ese color amarillo, que es único y ademas de sabroso, me refiero al quesillo uno de los dulces tipicos de mi país.

For those who are native to my Venezuela as I am, you must identify this rich sweet smell, sometimes with a touch of rum, but more of vanilla, and that yellow color, which is unique and also tasty, I refer to the quesillo, one of the typical sweets of my country.

Tierra mojada......... Wet soil.

Tierra mojada cuando llueve en el fundo./// Wet soil when it rains on the farm.

Pero no cualquier tierra mojada, no sino la que moja la lluvia. Es muy diferente ese olor como que hay una conexion entre la lluvia y la tierra, pero ese olor se percibe mas en los campos, bosques. Y el color marron ya que la tierra cuando se moja asi se pone oscura como el marron.

But not just any wet soil, no, but the soil that the rain wets. It is very different that smell as there is a connection between the rain and the earth, but that smell is perceived more in the fields, forests. And the brown color since the soil when it gets wet like this turns dark brown.

Torta de Vainilla.......Vanilla Cake.

Torta hecha en casa. //// Homemade vanilla cake.

Cuando en mi casa se sabe que están haciendo torta, porque se desprende un aroma u olor cuando se cocina en el horno que después cuando se saca y se enfría. Aqui se conjugan varios colores, que aunque la vainilla sea negra la torta queda amarilla por dentro.

When in my house you know they are making cake, because it gives off an aroma or smell when it cooks in the oven than later when it is taken out and cooled. Here several colors are combined, even if the vanilla is black, the cake is yellow inside.

Navidad........Christmas

Mi abuela haciendo las hallaquitas./// My grandmother making hallaquitas.

Ya estamos cerca de volver a percibir los ricos olores y colores navideños, porque si la navidad es una epoca, pero en ella se pueden apreciar muchos platos de comida como las hallacas o dulces como: el de lechosa, que este queda color marrón oscuro, caramelo, con esas especias que le dan mas olor. En navidad vemos muchos colores.

We are close to perceive again the rich smells and colors of Christmas, because if Christmas is a time, but in it you can see many food dishes such as hallacas or sweets like: the milky, this is dark brown, caramel, with those spices that give more smell. At Christmas we see many colors.

El cafe que no podía faltar........The coffee that could not be missed.

Colando café y sale ese vapor./////Brewing coffee and that steam comes out.

Y el rey de los olores donde quiera que este en las casas, panaderias, pero ninguno como el que se prepara cada mañana es el primero y como que fuera el mas sabroso, el cual se puede tomar solo, acompañado. Ese es el negrito este es el color, el mas querido por todos.

And the king of the smells wherever it is in the houses, bakeries, but none like the one that is prepared every morning is the first and as if it were the tastiest, which can be taken alone, accompanied. That is the negrito, this is the color, the most loved by all.

Y después de hacer este rico post me quedaron ganas de comer, pero lo único que se podre tomar es el café.
