Challenge: Recipe with Vegetables "sabji bhaji"😋

how are you all I hope everyone is well. I'm fine too. Today I am going to participate in a new contest among you in the "Recreational Steam" community. Today's contest is Recipes with Vegetables hosted by @graceleon mam. So I sincerely thank @graceleon mam for organizing such a beautiful pageant. Now I am going to share your sabji bhaji recipe. Hope you all will like it inshallah. So let's begin,
sabji bhaji
Sauteed vegetables are fun to eat as well as very beneficial for health. Almost people cook and eat this vegetable fry in our country. I really like this vegetable stir fry.
Ingredients needed to make sabji bhaji:

Beans | 250 grams |
Potato | 5 small size |
green chillies | 6-8 |
Turmeric powder | 2 tbsp |
Salt | as much |
Panchfodan | 1 tablespoon |
onions | 4 |
first step
First I'll dice the beans and potatoes. Then I wash them and put them away.
second step
Then I will chop the onion and green chillies. I will light the fire in the oven and put it in the curry. I will give oil for cooking.
third step
When the oil is hot, I add green chillies and chopped onion. And then I will add turmeric powder and salt to it with a light shake.
the fourth step
Then I serve it with mashed potatoes and beans. I will cover it with a lid after shaking it lightly.
the fifth step
I will keep stirring it until it boils. (I will not add any water to this, instead it will boil in the water that comes up with the beans and potatoes)
sixth step
When it boils, I sprinkle panchphodar powder on it and take it out with a light shake and serve. My today's recipe "sabji bhaji''is finished.

These vegetable bhajis are rich in nutrients. This vegetable can be eaten with fried rice or roti. And very fun to eat.
