Greetings @recreativesteem community and steem lovers. It's the 2nd week of the engagement challenge of season 4 and I count myself lucky to be taking part in this interesting topic. Healthy routines

What i take every morning and evening,before and after meals.fruits and green tea

What moves you each day to go out into the world to fulfil your responsibilities?

  • Inspiration moves me every day.
    I love growth, self-improvement, and bettering my life. every day I hope that the fact I am awake and blessed with life there is room for improvement and opportunities to make my life better than how it was yesterday.

  • My children.
    I want to be able to give them everything good in life and I feel I am attached to that force to work hard for them every day and help them be better in life.

  • My faith.
    I believe that God has got for me something new every day and the love that I have for Him each morning when I wake up giving Him praise gives me satisfaction and assurance that I have got it all together.

Things i do or methods i use to keep myself balanced.explain(health,beauty,fitness,sport,devotion)

  • Taking enough rest.
    I always listen to my body and I am a person who takes the 8hrs of sleep seriously.
    My body shuts down with pain if I don't sleep enough and this keeps me refreshed and healthy.

  • Exercise.
    I am not a fan of the gym but I love taking long walks on cool evenings and doing some simple exercises at home.

  • Healthy eating
    I make sure to eat healthily and on time;lots of fruits and vegetables. if I am to have dinner I do not exceed 8 pm so that by the time I go to bed it has got enough time for digestion.
    Not a fun of fast foods though once in a while I do crave it but I make sure not to eat too much of it.
    I also don't take sugar, so I try to avoid sugary foods and drinks.

  • Pray.
    I feed my soul daily with prayer, the word of God, and meditation.
    It's something that gives me strength, hope, and victory.
    A day without it makes me feel empty and lost.

  • I read a lot.
    I read articles, books, magazines, and novels.

Do you feel there are things you can improve in your routine?mention them

Yes. each day I wake up to be better than I was yesterday.
I feel I should read more books that help me learn, equip myself with knowledge and improve my mindset.

Improve on my exercise.
Most of the time I exercise when I feel like but I should make it a routine to help myself be fit and healthy.

would you like to add any other routine to your life?what would it be?

For now, I can say that my routine is good but of course, with time and more responsibilities plus age, my routine will change.

Are you satisfied with your current lifestyle or do you think it could be improved.

There is always room for improvement. I am not where I want to be yet and I have not yet accomplished my dreams.
I want to be better each day and so, NO I am not satisfied with my lifestyle.

which of the routines you perform would you recommend

Prayer.
I would recommend prayer because it tops all of them.
Prayer feeds the body and the soul. guides your life and protects everything you got.
Prayer keeps life in order and gives us a reason to live and to see life differently.
Prayer takes away fear and gives us the confidence to face every challenge in life.
Prayer is all and everything. we are simply empty without prayer.


In conclusion

Being Healthy is taking care of our bodies and soul. when the soul is empty and so the body will be empty because we shall just live a lifeless life.
Prayer is the food to the soul.
Living health is a choice that needs commitment to keep the routine

Hello dear friend, I like the fact that you mentioned prayer. Prayer has this way of giving us a soothing relief knowing fully well that our Heavenly Father cares. Sometimes when I don’t even know the right words to express myself, I just cry because I know He understands and knows the expression from those tears. Kudos friend

You have been keeping a good and healthy routines lifestyles, you eat healthily and on time, you exercise your body to keep fit, you work hard to give your children the best, reading to acquire more knowledge and most important of them all pray to our creator and committing all your plan into His hand. When you say

Cause this is something I have experienced, like I normally have that body pains, and from now onward, I will try to make sure of the 8hrs sleep. Thank you very much

Prayer is what makes a healthy routine,without it one cant be healthy in any way whether the body or the soul.
