To begin, we will say that we are enormously happy with the receptivity that only 21 days after it was founded we have had as a community among the much loved platform #steemit. We consider ourselves well paid to receive so much affection from our more than 340 subscribers so far. You are the reason for our work, feel free to continue suggesting alternatives to recreate ourselves and grow as a community.
Para comenzar, diremos que estamos enormemente felices de la receptividad que a tan solo 21 días de fundada hemos tenido como comunidad entre la plataforma tan querida #steemit. Nos damos por bien pagados al recibir tanto afecto de nuestros más de 340 suscriptores hasta el momento. Ustedes son la razón de ser de nuestro trabajo, siéntanse en la confianza de seguirnos sugiriendo alternativas para recrearnos y crecer como comunidad.

Statement of Purpose

As a principle, we will say that we are a warm and at the same time entertaining community that mixes several of the well-known recreational activities: gastronomy, plastic arts, music, adventure, photography, writing and free thought. We exist on the #steemit platform as a response team to the great gala of publications that our fellow steemians present to us every day, and that many times remain in the air, without a sobering comment or observation that motivates them to move on. At the same time, if as a community account we receive support from the #steemitblog team, we will be a bridge to show and support such splendid productions with curation.
Como principio, diremos que somos una comunidad cálida y a la vez entretenida que entremezcla varias de las acciones recreativas conocidas: gastronomía, artes plásticas, música, aventura, fotografía, escritura y libre pensamiento. Existimos en la plataforma #steemit como equipo de respuesta a las tan grandiosa gala de publicaciones que cada día nuestros compañeros steemians nos presentan, y que muchas veces quedan en el aire, sin un comentario u observación aleccionadora que les motive a seguir adelante. A la vez, si como cuenta comunitaria llegásemos a recibir un apoyo por parte del equipo #steemitblog, seremos un puente para mostrar y apoyar con curación a tan espléndidas producciones.
Community Team
Equipo de la Comunidad
We have an interdisciplinary team very capable and willing to carry out the response work required in any community, led by our Country Representative and at the same time founder @graceleon. Each moderator is in charge of attending the community account one day a week, in the specific area of their knowledge. This in turn has the responsibility of rendering public reports when each official post expires (every 7 days), either giving awards if it is a contest, among others.
Contamos con una equipo interdisciplinario muy capaz y dispuesto a realizar la labor de respuesta requerida en toda comunidad, encabezado por nuestra Country Representative y a a la vez fundadora @graceleon. Cada moderador es encargado de atender un día a la semana la cuenta comunitaria, en el área específica de sus saberes. Este a su vez tiene la responsabilidad de rendir informes públicos cuando cada post oficial caduca (cada 7 días), ya sea dando premiaciones si es un concurso, entre otros.

| SUNDAY: The Community Forum will be fixed in our community. As its name indicates, it will be a space for all of us to give our opinion about a proposed topic. We will give the opportunity for each and everyone to express their point of view about a topic of current and community interest in the comments of the week's topic, and also on our discord channel. The community work team is committed to seeing the curator's account grow, for which they support with their tireless work and significant contributions in quality and also in resources. We are all committed to making delegations to @ hive-141434 in order to make it strong and self-sustaining.

Likewise, with responsibilities come benefits. Each moderator, in their corresponding area, will receive an allocation of 25% of the profits of the initiative that they publish in the community. Another 25% will be used to support the awards of each contest, and finally, 50% of each reward will go to the Steem Power of our community account. In this way, we would all be growing.
Del mismo modo, con las responsabilidades vienen los beneficios. Cada moderador, en su área correspondiente, recibirá una asignación del 25 % de las ganancias de la iniciativa que publique en la comunidad. So far we vote with 0.02. We comment on all the publications that are generated in Recreative Steem with the account @ hive-141434. We make it possible by taking turns using it, one per day. However, we do not have a solid voting Power yet, but we hope to have one soon.

We are motivated to attend to each publication that is managed from our account. Our subscribers are happy with the human warmth of the Recreative Steem moderation team, as every day we take turns so that no one is left without receiving feedback on the work published in our community.
