Steemit Engagement Challenge S4-W3: Three goals that I met and three that I want to achieve by @amryksr

At this time and opportunity I try to participate in the Challenge held by the community RECREATIVE STEEM. For the challenge, the theme applied this week is related to the goals and achievements that we have found. What are those three goals that you managed to accomplish this year?

For the purposes I found for this year nothing significant. I think this is still within normal limits and not too much. Sometimes people will talk about 3 goals that they think they have done extraordinary, but I discuss 3 goals that I think are still ordinary. Here are three things I accomplished this year:

1. Succeed in farming

I have long planned to become a farmer, but not a farmer who has to work in other people's fields, but farms by cultivating his own land. My desire to grow cucumbers was successful this year and that is the goal that I can achieve this year. To plant cucumbers, I had planned several years before, and at that time it had not been realized and this year when I was not at work I did cultivation by planting cucumbers.

This is a big achievement for me, where with the crops I get, I can earn a living from the cucumbers sold in the market. Even though this is my first time farming, and when the harvest comes I have a decent fortune. I don't have special knowledge for farming, I only rely on the knowledge I get on social media and information from several people who have succeeded in farming.

I am grateful when the harvest arrives, where I can harvest every 2 days with a yield of approximately 200 kg each harvest. Of course this is a great achievement for me. 2. Have knowledge of graphic design

As long as I'm active again on the steemit platform, of course I have a lot to learn, whether it's making quality posts and designing images to display in posts on steemit. Of course, I was very grateful when I got to know the Canva application, where the Canva application provides graphic design, both paid and free. With so many free templates, I don't have to use paid templates.

Once upon a time I wanted to learn graphic design, be it in Photoshop applications or similar applications, but I failed to learn it with many tools for work I was reluctant to learn and in my opinion Photoshop applications and the like have high complexity. When I got to know the Canva app, with the ease of creating designs I turned to the Canva app to learn image design. And this time I can prove myself, that I can do graphic design in Canva and have published dozens of editions of Steem News magazine from the graphic design results that I got from the Canva application. For some cover images on steemit are the work of Canva. This is one of my achievements this year.

3. Achievement of getting multiple agents under my network

The next achievement this year was when I had a member who was already an agent at the Atomy company. Atomy is a company that sells 452 products, be it beauty products, household appliances, health and various other products. Atomy Company has its head office in Korea.

At Atomy, the products provided are only sold online and those who can only buy these products are only members who have registered with Atomy. For someone to get member status, when they want to get a position as an agent, their sales master must have a network under them and achieve sales targets.

Of the 57 networks that I have, this year 4 members have become agents and 53 are still members. Before 2022 ends I still choose a target to add an agent at Atomy.

Tell us what was your experience in these 3 achievements?, what teachings did he leave you?

The three achievement goals that I got this year are inseparable from my commitment and consistency to achieve the goals that I have got. Trying and not giving up is the basic key for me to reach the goals that I got this year. When we give up, then what will be planned in the future, certainly will not be achieved. But we must strive to achieve the goal without having to oppress others.

The principle that I have, there is nothing that we cannot achieve. As long as we want to work hard, we can achieve what we plan. Even when you reach your destination, the path you take is tortuous and not as smooth as thread and not like a white cloth that has not been stained.

Confidence and commitment become the basic capital, then effort and hard work become the bridge. Nothing is impossible if you want to try, at least what we hope for is not as easy as turning the palm of the hand. There is still a winding road to be taken.

What are those three goals you want to achieve? And how do you want to achieve each of them?

1. Own a house

Everyone who is married certainly wants his own home and not dependent on his parents, as well as myself. But to make it happen, you need to work hard so that the dream house you want can be realized. To make a dream house is not enough with words, big capital must be owned to be able to build a house. Today I don't really expect to have a big house, a house with wooden walls is not a problem, as long as I have my own house.

In order to be able to reach my dream house, now I already have the land given to me by my family, only capital is needed to build a house on the land that I own. For now I only have a little capital from the income that I set aside. With this capital I plan to build a house and for the initial stage I plan to build a house that can only be occupied temporarily. In the future, I will continue the development process in stages.

2. Targeting adding Atomy agents

In the future, I aim to add agents to the Atomy network. Which at this time I already have 4 agents, in the near future I want to add 4 more agents. Because at Atomy, when I have 4 agents in the right position and 4 agents in the position, I automatically become a sales master and that is the position I have always wanted. At Atomy I have joined since December 2019 and until now I have 57 networks with 53 people who are still members and 4 people who are already agents.

To be able to continue to achieve, I have to do frequent follow-ups for my network, whether it's providing motivation, asking them to shop and other things. Because to be able to become an agent position for them, they have to do shopping and from the results of the shopping they get points. These points will later put them into the agent position. To become an agent, you must achieve the points set by the Atomy company.

3. Dedicate yourself to stay active on Steemit

Actually I have been active on Steemit since February 2017. Since joining until now I have been inactive on steemit for about 1 year. Due to the routine work that I faced at that time which did not allow me to be active in steemit. My job at that time as election supervisor for the presidential and parliamentary elections was very busy, and there was not enough time to write so I stopped for a while. Only occasionally time to open steemit to see information.

Since more than 1 year I have been active again by continuing to make quality articles that other users can enjoy. Frankly, I am not yet fully adept at writing quality and can be enjoyed by others. But from the experience I get and from the senior guidance I get, I try to be able to share quality things on steemit. Whether it's not plagiarizing, creating content that other people like and anything else that I think other people will like.

When you feel that you cannot achieve something: what is your motivational message?

Everyone has dreams and goals. If the goal we hope for, don't be sad and discouraged. But with failure or unexpected goals, it becomes motivation and experience to be able to reach our goals even better.

When you are down, never get carried away with negative things, but try to think positively. Because with positive thinking there is a better way out we will find. When we are down and think about negative things, it is not the encouragement we get, even the downturn we find.

The beautiful thing is when you can get up and try to take lessons from failure. Failure is a valuable experience, with the various experiences we have we can turn failure into success.

Conclusion

People goals are not the same and everyone has a different goal process. Hair may be the same black, the way of thinking and the success you get will not be the same. There are people who easily achieve what they want, so there are those who have to go through a long process to be able to achieve what they want.
