My favorite fruit and the nutrients it contains
Steem greetings to everyone. My favorite fruit is watermelon. Watermelon is a flowering plant species of the Cucurbitaceae family. A scrambling and trailing vine-like plant, it was originally domesticated in Africa. Watermelon is a fruit which is highly cultivated worldwide, with more than 1,000 varieties.

Watermelon is a nutritious fruit ,has many health benefits and is a popular summer fruit.
Here are some of the health benefits of eating watermelon 🍉.

-watermelon contains Nutrients like lycopene and antioxidants and some other beneficial Plant Compounds that are good for our health.
-Watermelon contains Compounds that may help Prevent Cancer.

3.Take a day off. Repeat this cycle for a couple of weeks.

One of the best reasons why I like watermelon is because I don’t like drinking too much water ,it’s not my making but that’s just the way my system is so to balance this up I eat a lot of watermelon. Watermelon hydrates my body sufficiently.

Waouh I must confess I didn't know water melon was cultivated in more than 1000 varieties with so much nutritional values.
Talking of that, I remember during my study of structural biochemistry we were taught that the aa that is mostly involved in libido and sexual urges is glutamine.
And furthermore, I think you'd have to do your achievement 4 to understand about markdowns and also subsequently to avoid plagiarism too. Your post is beautiful but lacks correct etiquettes.

😋😋😋 i used to hate eating watermelon because of the seeds inside. At times will slice them in beats so i will be able to remove them all before i start eating it. But when i learned of its nutritional benefits i had to try so hard amd eat the seeds as well
Great lesson learned today. I naturally like eating watermelon only because it's sweetness. I did not know watermelon was so nutritious for the body.
