Watermelon has plenty water and nutrients, contains very few calories, and is refreshing,it helps in hydration.
This juicy melon have plenty health benefits, it lower blood pressure, improved insulin sensitivity, and decrease muscle soreness
Watermelons can be eaten fresh, they can be frozen, and made into juice an drink.

Good entry and explanation on the each fruit content. All of these fruits are so good for our system and it is worth eating especially watermelon, pawpaw, cucumber and avocado.
