I don't really focus on certain animals, in fact I can say that I almost don't have a special pet, but if asked about my favorite animal, I would choose the cockatoo, because apart from being included in the type of ornamental bird, the cockatoo is also a species that has quite a loud voice. and melodious, apart from that, parrots can also be taught to imitate several words that are often uttered by humans. It is not surprising that this species is one of the birds with quite good intelligence with all the uniqueness it has.

Several years ago my sister adopted a white parrot, but my sister is rarely at home because she works abroad, so it requires me to take care of the parrot so that it doesn't get neglected and since then I love parrots, almost every day when I I was at my in-laws' house training the cockatoo to memorize several words that we often say, such as "good morning", "hello" and several other words, I also fed the cockatoo, taking care of it has become my hobby and to this day I still like taking care of it .

It doesn't require sufficient preparation or facilities to be able to care for a parrot, besides we only have one cockatoo so we only prepare a simple cage as a home for it, but even so I still pay attention to the cage so that it is always clean of dirt so that the parrot is always comfortable.
However, for the food I give it very carefully and regularly so that it doesn't affect its health, what I always do is pay attention to the type of food so that I don't make mistakes in feeding it. I also prepare some food reserves for stock if at any time I'm not at home, as for the types of food Parrots need seeds, nuts and fruit.

Parrots are my favorite and I have many parrots in my house. I have separate room for birds. My wish is to get Cockatoo baby and to tame it. I really like this bird.
Macaw is another bird that I love but it is very expensive in my country. Cockatoo is also very expensive here around $1500+. Macaw pair is also $1000-1300. So it is not possible for me to get these.
But I love yours and how you tame your favorite pet. Happy to see you are taking care of your bird in food, water, and other necessary things.
