You will say that being naked is considered bad in society, that is why clothes are worn. You can also say that humans wear clothes to avoid cold. Many times, humans also use clothes as a shield to protect themselves from the scorching sun.
But even today there are many people in the world who do not wear clothes. There are many tribals who live without clothes.

Animals are not able to speak, so people make their own opinion about them. Just like humans feel heat and cold, animals also feel heat and cold. They also need clothes. When we choose clothes for animals, we should be very careful because we should first remember that animals cannot speak. If they have any discomfort, they will not be able to tell about their problem. We should buy clothes of a good brand that they do not have any problem in wearing and taking off, which gives them comfort.
Therefore, along with good material, it is also important to choose the right size. The cloth should not be so big that it hangs and they have trouble walking, nor should the clothes be stitched so tight that it makes them feel less open and uncomfortable. The material must be really soft and not itchy .
Generally, clothing comes from many materials like nylon , cotton , polyester, wool , silk etcetera but it's not necessary that all of these materials might be suitable to the soft and delicate body of animals.
Some of the materials that are found to be extremely comfortable for animals are cashmere, cotton , silk and linen.

Also among the animals the trait may differ because just like every human has different choice , every cat or dog has different choices too .
